1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of handmade products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

To request a return, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue

Requests that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Custom-made or personalized products (if applicable)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order details and proof of issue

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

  4. If approved, we will provide return instructions

Customers must ship the product back to the address provided by us.


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments


5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase, and you maybe asked for account details to transfer the funds.

In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting required details.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible


7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos

  • We will offer a replacement or refund based on availability
